Arkon's CAUSBAC1 USB Type A Male to USB Type-C Male cable is ideal for charging and transferring data to and from Android smartphones, tablets, and other USB Type-C compatible devices from brands including Samsung, Google, Nexus, and LG. USB Type-C is the emerging standard for charging and transferring data and features a new, smaller connector shape that’s reversible so it’s easier to plug in. USB Type-C cables can carry significantly more power, and offer up to double the transfer speed of USB 3 at 10 Gbps. This 3 Amp cable measures 3 feet long (1 meter). Please note that this cable is not compatible with Apple iPhone, but it can be used to transfer data from your MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, or other USB-A host to a USB Type-C–enabled hard drive or device, or to a MacBook with USB-C port in target disk mode.
