Arkon offers the most extensive line of car mounts, holders, mounting brackets, and supports for portable XM and Sirius satellite radio receivers. Arkon's Single T-Tab mounting pattern is the standard on all XM satellite radio receivers. Connecting the XM satellite radio to an Arkon pedestal couldn't be any easier.

All of the Arkon Sat-Mounts include a special 4 hole AMPS adapter plate that converts the T-Tab pedestal to the universal 4-hole pattern found on the back of the Sirius Satellite Radio receivers.

The circular adhesive disc included allows you to mount to hard surfaces other than your windshield such as the car's dash or console. The AP012 adapter plate shown in the picture coverts the T-Tab pattern (used on XM radios) to the 4 hole AMPS pattern used on Sirius Satellite Radio receivers

Arkon's Cigarette Lighter Pedestal plugs into the 12v accessory outlet (cigarette lighter opening) in your car.  It measures 8" in length.  The shaft of the pedestal is made of a unique metal that can bend into your desired directional placement.  Though it is flexible, once you have bent it into place it will not bounce around as it remains stiff.  This pedestal DOES NOT provide POWER to your satellite radio.
