Msg: Dear Arkon Resources,

I just had to drop you a letter. I purchased an auto phone holder from your company a few weeks ago. I installed it last week and held my breath. The temperature reached well into the 90's. I waited for it to malfunction, drop off the windshield and crash to the floor. It did not. I waited another day or two, still holding. I've looked out my kitchen window every now and again and see it's still holding. I cannot express my pleasure about purchasing a product that really works and is clearly well made.

I had just finished buying an auto phone holder from a local retailer, and it broke within a few days. When I called the company they acted like I had five heads and stated that they had NEVER heard of their product breaking. I found this hard to believe but took their advice and returned the item to the store and got another one. Well, can you even imagine, this one also broke. Maybe it was a good thing because I was so angry I returned it and started a search on the Internet and that's how I found you.

I picked your product because it seemed so different from the rest
and figured, I have nothing to lose. My only regret is that your product is not available in the stores in my area (to my knowledge). I did e-mail your company with a question along with my order and guess what? I received a phone message from your employee answering my question. I may seem overly excited, but I appreciate products that make things easier and more convenient. Your product is outstanding and I thank you for doing business the way business should be done.
