Shipping outside of Continental
United States (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Most of our International orders are shipped via UPS Express
delivery. The normal delivery time for this service is
2-3 days. Some countries (Asia, Australia, and New
Zealand) will be shipped using the U.S. post office's Global
Express mail delivery as it is a more cost efficient way for
us to get your package to you quickly.
NOTE: Shipping rates vary from country to country and therefore
will be charged accordingly. The average cost to
ship throughout Europe is $32. Average shipping to Canada
is $25.
FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, YOUR SHIPPING RATE WILL BE CONFIRMED
BY EMAIL PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. YOU MUST REPLY TO THE CONFIRMATION
IN ORDER FOR THE SHIPMENT TO BE COMPLETED.
NOTE: IMPORT TAXES and DUTIES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING
TOTAL. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PURCHASING PRODUCTS

Shipping within Continental
United States (DOMESTIC ORDERS)
Arkon's standard method of delivery for all domestic orders
within the continental United States is UPS ground service. Your
order will originate from our corporate headquarters in Arcadia,
California. Delivery of your order will usually be within
1-7 days depending on how far your location is from California. The
shipping charges for orders within the United States are listed
below: Orders for Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped
with U.S. Parcel Post delivery.

Shipping Guidelines
Ship to Address MUST match the billing address
of credit card provided.
Alternate ship to locations are not permitted.
Orders outside of Continental U.S. are shipped
via US Global Express Mail delivery.
Orders submitted prior to 9:00 AM PST Monday through
Friday ship the same day.
Orders submitted after 9:00 AM PST will ship the
following business day.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing
in effect at time of order submission will be applied.
Shipments are F.O.B. Arcadia, California unless
otherwise indicated.
Add-On orders not received in time to be included
with original shipment will be considered. NEW orders. Normal
shipping charges will apply.
All shipping discrepancies must be reported within
5 working days of receipt of order.
