Dashboard mounting is preferred in Minnesota and California where the use of windshield mounts is restricted. Most other friction dashboard mounts solely rely on the weight of the mount to secure it to the vehicle. Arkon's friction dashboard mount includes an adhesive safety anchor for added stability. The windshield mount included can also be used as a stand alone mount option.

ARKON's AP013 adhesive disc, sized at 80mm, transforms 75mm or smaller windshield suction pedestals to function as a dash or console mount. Once applied, the windshield suction cup is installed directly over the flat surface of the disc.

Your windshield suction pedestal can be removed easily. The disc however, is semi-permanent as it uses an adhesive on your dash.

Compatible with most of the windshield pedestals offered by Garmin, TomTom, Magellan, Mio, and other GPS manufacturers.
